Nominating Committee –current officers cannot be on the committee. Send an e-mail out to the local to be put on a ballet. Need to review the rules. Might be Nora, Edd, Chief and M&M. Look for an e-mail.

Will not meet in December.

  1. Budget and Finance and Treasures report - 4879.67
  2. Legislative – if you want information sent to your personal e-mail, give your e-mail to Rodney
  3. Programs – going well
  4. Communication – sent out letters, new changes on the website

  6. Membership-nothing new need guidance on how to recruiter. Question do we do large Christmas cards? See the navy skipper Get AAC adverting person

Reporting of special committees:

  1. AAC- not present
  2. Awards – will need to move money, banquet is being worked. Class A and business casual. Inviting all possible commanders and Command chiefs
  3. Volunteer recognition-Please send them into Travis and pins come in 100 interments.
  4. Veteran’s Council-The secretary will correct the issues at the parade.
  5. Did not make the massing of the colors, will get yearly calendar from the Vet Council,

Open Forum

  1. Fundraising- coins, mugs, hats, need to sell them. Will set up a booth at Wal-Mart.
  2. Ryan’s offering dinner for $6.99 to members every night in Nov at cherry lane.
  3. Bingo – get a van to go work the local division chapter Bingo two hours work.
  4. Division sides on Monday tell a conference to cut coast.
  5. Looking at doing an essay for high school kids to give a minim of $50.00 down to 4 people on the council. If you would like to step up speak up.
  6. Advertisement News paper REA, starting a magazine for her organization www.reaus.org, NAS paper will advertise for free. Changeless what you are doing for your chapter.
  7. Awards- Are calendar of the year. List of the awards for the banquet, Presents, NCO of the year, first term Airman of the year, Member of the year, new letter of the year, need to include to the division awards. Look for e-mail on this issue. Need to check the rules. Guest speaker, singer certificate and others. Discussion on the spouse’s meal, the singer will get a free dinner and a certificate.
